🕒 7:30 am Registration - 12:30 pm End of Race | Race starts at 8:30 am
🕒 The event ends at 12:30 pm, please ensure that as an attendee, you arrive on time.
Each AGSA employee may invite up to five family members to share in this incredible day.
What to expect:
🏃 A 5km fun run/walk through the beautiful Pretoria Botanical Gardens
👨👩👧👦 A range of family-friendly activities and fitness sessions
🎵 A lively event space with music, games, and energy all around
✨ Ample lawn space for picnics and relaxation
What to bring:
✅ Your camping chairs, blankets, and picnic baskets
✅ Sunscreen, hats, and water bottles
✅ Comfortable walking/running shoes
Please note:
⚠️ No alcohol is permitted at this event
⚠️ No braaing or open flames allowed
⚠️ All food must be pre-packed and brought from home
⚠️Safety Precautions:
While childminding services will be available, attendees bringing children to the event remain primarily responsible for their supervision and safety. Each individual must exercise caution and maintain watch over their children.
